All billing information can be viewed and adjusted in your account settings.
- Click your username and avatar in the top right corner of your screen.
- Underneath your score and rank in the drop-down that appears, select Manage My Account.
- Select Billing Information.
- Underneath the My Payment Method section, select Change.*
- You can then view your existing payment method or enter new billing information (credit card or PayPal) on this screen.
- To update your payment information with a credit card, enter the:
- Name on your credit card
- Credit card number
- Expiration date
- Security code
- And billing zip code
- To update your information with PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal where you’ll enter your log-in information and be prompted to complete your purchase securely.
- To update your payment information with a credit card, enter the:
- Select Submit and your new payment method will be saved.
*Note: If you select Billing Information and see a message that says “This wing of the Puzzle Society HQ is currently under maintenance” do not be concerned! We are working on transferring to a new billing system, and there will be a short time in which billing information will not be available online. During this time, if you need to see anything related to your billing and/or change your payment method, change your membership plan, cancel your membership, or reactivate a canceled membership, please email support@puzzlesociety.com.
