Your membership plan can be viewed and adjusted in your account settings.
- Click your username and avatar in the top right corner of your screen.
- Underneath your score and rank in the dropdown that appears, select Manage My Account.
- Select Billing Information.
- Underneath the My Membership Plan section, select Manage. On the Change My Membership Plan page, you can view your current plan or change to a new one.
- If you wish to cancel your membership, select Cancel My Membership at the bottom of the page.
- The My Membership Plan page will appear, showing your current subscription plan. To officially cancel, select Cancel My Membership.
- You will receive a message confirming your cancellation and the final date that your membership ends. You will be able to use your account until that date.
You can upgrade to a paid member account again at any time. If you have a concern with your billing terms and would like to request a refund, please contact customer care. Please be advised that refunds will not be issued on monthly membership plans or beyond 30 days from the billing date on annual plans.
