If your device, operating system, and browser meet the above requirements and a game won’t load, check your internet connection to confirm you are connected. Then refresh your screen by selecting the refresh button (the circular arrow) at top of your browser. After the page reloads, try playing the game again.
If the problem persists, clear your browser’s cache and cookies and/or try opening the game in your browser's incognito or private browsing window.
